From April 15th to April 17th, the SPEAC project conducted a series of offline training workshops in Zhejiang province. The workshops, delivered by key expert Carsten Kudahl and senior expert Deng Yun, covered a range of topics, including the European Union’s General Product Safety Rules, safety requirements for stationary products, toys, childcare products and E-commerce. The workshops generated significant interest and received active participation from local companies with over 100 participants attending in person and nearly 4,000 viewers joining online. This training series underscores SPEAC’s ongoing commitment to informing Chinese stakeholders of the importance of complying with EU rules while exporting to the EU market.
