SPEAC and GACC’s Third Joint Exchange Held in Qingdao

On September 13th, the SPEAC Project and the GACC International Inspection and Quarantine Standards and Technical Regulations Research Center organised an exchange event in Qingdao. This marked the third session of their exchange activities in China this year. Over 140 participants attended in person, while more than 100,000 people viewed the livestream.

The main goal was to inform Chinese participants about the latest product safety regulations for electrical and electronic products, textiles, and e-commerce, highlighting the importance of compliance for exporting to the EU market. The event received great support from several local partners, including Qingdao Customs, Port Office of the People’s Government of Qingdao Municipality and Qingdao Municipal Commerce Bureau.
